The good - Mr B is home for good! He was sent home early because of complications arising from the bombing of his convoy, and got home a week ago. He's all in one piece. We surprised the kids which was awesome. Yay ( Read more... )

Just got home from the airport and a stop on the way for comfort food at Steak & Shake. Mr B's on his way; should be in O'Hare by 9:30 or something. *sigh* That walk away from the security gate is so hard. Not looking back so he won't see us crying is even harder.
